The Sponsors will provide guidance to the selected teams to refine their Submission, which has to be uploaded onto the online competition portal by 7 January 2022. This will be the perfect opportunity for the teams to learn and gain direct insights from the Sponsors' perspective so as to prepare a more comprehensive Submission. Teams and mentors are encouraged to take the communication both online and offline, particularly meeting in person, if circumstances allow.

After reviewing the refined Submissions, the Sponsors will select the best 3 teams to the Final Pitching on 25 January, 2022. The announcement of the final teams will be made on 10 January 2022.

*Subject to sponsors’ company policies, company visits might be arranged for teams entering the mentoring phase.

Step 4: Final Pitching

At the Final Pitching, the top 3 teams from each track (18 in total) will be pitching their projects in-person to the panel of judges from the Sponsors.

The final teams have to submit their presentation slides and Final Submission online on or before 20 January.

To prepare for the Final Pitching, you should focus on how well your proposed solution is going to solve the stated business case, and fine-tune your Final Submission based on the Submission in the Mentoring Phase.

Pitching Format: 5 minute presentation + 3 minute Q&A

*A training session on presentation skills will be organized for students entering the final round.
